Terms of Service For AI SEO Analysis

1. Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the person or company) and MendGo Tech (a company incorporated in India, operating under the brand name MageArmy) regarding the use of our products. This agreement applies to all extensions, software, scripts, and services you purchase from us, including AI SEO Analysis.

By installing, using, or accessing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

2. License Scope

Each license you purchase is valid for a single Magento installation. You are allowed to use the product on the associated live domain, as well as its related staging, development, and testing environments, provided they are used solely for the licensed project or business. If you intend to use the product on a separate Magento instance or domain not associated with the original license, you must obtain a separate license.

3. Restrictions

You are not permitted to share, resell, redistribute, lease, or sublicense the product. You may not include the product or any part of its code in any other software, service, or web application. You are not allowed to extract or reuse any portion of the code in other Magento extensions, applications, or software of any kind.

4. Modifications

You are free to modify or customize the code for use only on the licensed domain. It is strictly prohibited to share, transfer, or apply the customized version of the product on another site or domain without obtaining a separate license for that site.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, or service interruptions.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of the agreement before continuing to use our products.

7. Termination

If you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement, your license may be terminated immediately without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Violations such as unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or use on unlicensed domains are considered breaches of copyright and licensing terms, and may result in legal action. License termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

AI SEO Analysis — Additional Terms

9. What This Extension Does

AI SEO Analysis connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console using your own Google OAuth credentials, and to an AI provider (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) using your own API key, to generate SEO recommendations for your product pages inside your Magento admin. It runs entirely on your own installation, as licensed under Section 2 above.

10. Third-Party Services

This extension requires you to bring your own Google Cloud OAuth credentials and your own AI provider API key. You are responsible for creating and maintaining these accounts, for any usage costs billed by Google or your chosen AI provider, and for your own compliance with their respective terms of service. We are not a party to your agreements with Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI, and Section 5 (Limitation of Liability) above applies to any issue arising from those services, including their availability, pricing, or API changes.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The SEO recommendations, meta title and description suggestions, and other output produced by this extension are generated by a third-party AI model based on the data you provide. This output is a suggestion, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that the recommendations will improve your search rankings, traffic, or sales, that the AI-generated content is accurate or complete, or that it complies with any legal, regulatory, or advertising requirement applicable to your business. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to your store.

12. Data Handling

Your use of this extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary: the Google Analytics/Search Console data and product content this extension reads are stored only in your own Magento database and are sent only to the AI provider you configure — never to us.

13. Adobe Commerce Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased this extension through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, your purchase is additionally governed by Adobe's own Marketplace Terms of Use, which take precedence for matters they specifically cover, such as billing and refunds processed through Adobe.
